From phone call to signed order before lunch.
Machinery deals are won by the dealer who gets a correct, professional quote in front of the buyer first. Here is a typical morning with DigDealer.
09:12
Enquiry
A contractor rings about a 14-tonne excavator for a job starting in March.
09:18
Configured
Machine, tilt hitch, piping and delivery. Only options that fit are offered.
09:21
Approved
He wants 6% off. That’s under the floor, so the sales manager gets a push and approves it from the yard.
09:26
Sent
A branded PDF with lead times goes out with a link to accept.
13:47
Signed
Accepted on his phone at lunch. Deposit requested, order prepared.

Replace the spreadsheet, the Word template and the call to the boss.
Most dealers quote from a price list in Excel, a template in Word and a discount agreed on the phone. It works until a stale price or a broken formula costs you a margin. See the full comparison.

Quote pipeline and customers
Every quote, customer and deposit in one place, with reminders so follow-ups don't slip.
One quote. The salesperson sees the deal, the owner sees the margin.

What the salesperson sees
The machine, the options that fit it, a live total with VAT and lead times. Everything needed to close, nothing that shouldn’t be shown to a customer. More on the machine configurator.

What the owner sees
Dealer discount, landed cost, markup and the minimum markup no quote can pass without approval. Set once per brand. See margin and discount control.
Built for the dealers who sell heavy, configurable kit.
Machinery is sold on specification, fit and trust. DigDealer handles the details that generic CPQ and CRM tools leave to the salesperson.

Catalogue: One, always current
We build your catalogue. You start quoting.
No implementation project and no data entry for your team. Onboarding is done by people who know machinery price lists.
Step 1
You send
Current price lists (GBP or EUR), option sheets, your logo and a recent quote.
Step 2
We build
Your catalogue, pricing rules, minimum markups, quote wording and branding. You check it.
Step 3
You quote
One or two salespeople first. Then the rest of the team, then more brands.
Questions dealers ask us.
Something specific to your brands or setup? Bring it to the demo. Machinery dealers rarely fit a standard software script.
What is DigDealer?
DigDealer is quoting software for UK machinery dealers. Your sales team configures machines from your own catalogue, prices them inside your margin rules, sends a branded quotation and gets it signed online or in person. It works on phones, tablets and laptops, including offline.
Is DigDealer a full dealer management system?
No. DigDealer covers the machinery sales and quoting workflow: catalogues, configuration, pricing, approvals, branded quotes, acceptance, deposits and follow-up. It sits alongside the accounts, parts and workshop systems you already use.
Can salespeople see our cost prices?
No. Sales staff see selling prices and how much room they have to discount. Cost prices, dealer discounts and margins are only visible to owners and managers.
Can you load our catalogues and price lists?
Yes. Onboarding includes building your catalogue from the price lists and option sheets you already have, including euro price lists, with your pricing rules set up for each brand.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. DigDealer installs on phones, tablets and laptops and keeps your catalogue on the device. Quotes built offline sync automatically when the connection returns.
Does the customer need an account to accept a quote?
No. Customers open a secure link from the quote email, review it and sign. They can also sign in person on the salesperson’s tablet.
What kinds of dealers use DigDealer?
Construction equipment, agricultural machinery, attachment and forestry equipment dealers, from single-site businesses to multi-depot groups in the UK and Ireland.
How long does it take to get started?
Most dealers start with one brand and a couple of salespeople. Once we have your price lists, the catalogue is built and checked with you, and your team can be quoting shortly after.
See your own quote built in DigDealer.
Bring a current price list and a recent quote. In 30 minutes we’ll rebuild that quote in DigDealer, show you the owner’s controls and talk through setup for your brands.
- Your products, not a generic demo
- Your pricing rules and approval limits
- A clear plan and timeline for setup
