Quotes that go quiet are lost sales
Ask most dealer principals how many live quotes the team has out and they will guess. The quotes are in sent-items folders, on desktops and in notebooks, and follow-up depends on each salesperson's memory. The deals that slip away are rarely lost on price; nobody rang back.

One list, from draft to order
Every quote sits in one list with its stage: draft, sent, accepted, ordered or completed, along with the customer, the salesperson and the value. Chips show what needs doing next: a deposit due, an acceptance in, an order ready to send.
- Draft, sent, accepted, ordered and completed stages
- Each quote shows its customer, salesperson and value
- Deposit due and deposit received at a glance
- Accepted quotes flow into order preparation
Reminders that do the remembering
DigDealer reminds salespeople when a sent quote needs a follow-up and can send a daily summary of what is open. Notifications arrive in the app and as push notifications on phones, and the badge on the app icon clears when they are read.
A customer record, not a contact list
Each customer has a record holding their quotes, machines and history, so whoever picks up the phone can see what they were quoted last spring. Used stock comes off stock when a deal is signed off. Owners can export customers, quotes and quote lines to CSV for Excel or an accountant at any time, and deleted quotes go to a recycle bin rather than vanishing.
The pipeline is fed by the configurator and updated by online acceptance, so it is always current without anyone typing it in. For dealer groups it is the one view of every salesperson's quotes.

Quote pipeline and customers: common questions
Is DigDealer a CRM?
It includes the customer records and pipeline a machinery sales team needs around quotes: customers, quote history, stages, reminders and deposits. It is not a full marketing CRM, and it can sit alongside one.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Owners can export customers, quotes and quote lines to CSV at any time. Your data is always yours.
Do salespeople get follow-up reminders?
Yes. Reminders flag sent quotes that need chasing, and a daily summary can show what is open.
What happens if a quote is deleted by mistake?
Deleted quotes go to a recycle bin, and an owner can restore them with their original reference.
